The Person Behind the Promise: Neal Fiske
The BackgroundNeal graduated from NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) in 1984 with a degree in Engineering and Architectural Design. He spent the next 15 years working with sophisticated homeowners in the New York/New Jersey area working on challenging projects that involved large scale, full house remodeling work.In 1990, Neal and his young family relocated to Florida’s west coast and joined a 30 year old established custom home building company where he earned his State Certified Building Contractors License. While employed with this firm, he became the only individual to ever hold two VP roles in Construction and Purchasing. In 2000, Neal formed Triplepoint Design/Build to pursue his first love, Architectural Design & Remodeling. This company is dedicated to the highest standards in customer service, quality construction and personal integrity. Neal has gathered a talented team that shares his commitment to excellence. As part of this commitment, Neal takes the time to get to know his clients personally. In addition, he visits every home site regularly to provide direction and supervision to his highly skilled construction professionals. In 2006, Neal earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the highest certification the national organization provides. In 2007, Neal was recognized with the coveted Florida West Coast NARI Remodeler of the Year Award. He was honored again with the 2008 NARI National Contractor of the Year Award. In 2008, Neal achieved his Green certification from the NARI organization and became one of the first to be come a Green Certified Professional (GCP) in the southeast.
