The Person Behind the Promise: Neal Fiske

Every TriplePoint Design Build project is built on the personal integrity and dedication of Neal Fiske and on his promise of customer satisfaction. Neal has more than 25 years of design/build experience in all areas of the residential remodeling and construction. He is Florida State Certified and an active member of many accredited associations.

Neal is on the Board of Directors for NARI and regularly attends continuing education on the state of the art construction techniques. He is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the new building codes and FEMA compliant regulations and requirements.


The Background

Neal graduated from NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology) in 1984 with a degree in Engineering and Architectural Design. He spent the next 15 years working with sophisticated homeowners in the New York/New Jersey area working on challenging projects that involved large scale, full house remodeling work.

In 1990, Neal and his young family relocated to Florida’s west coast and joined a 30 year old established custom home building company where he earned his State Certified Building Contractors License. While employed with this firm, he became the only individual to ever hold two VP roles in Construction and Purchasing.

In 2000, Neal formed TriplePoint Design Build to pursue his first love, Architectural Design & Remodeling. This company is dedicated to the highest standards in customer service, quality construction and personal integrity.

Neal has gathered a talented team that shares his commitment to excellence. As part of this commitment, Neal takes the time to get to know his clients personally. In addition, he visits every home site regularly to provide direction and supervision to his highly skilled construction professionals.

In 2006, Neal earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) certification from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the highest certification the national organization provides.

In 2007, Neal was recognized with the coveted Florida West Coast NARI Remodeler of the Year Award. He was honored again with the 2008 NARI National Contractor of the Year Award.

In 2008, Neal achieved his Green certification from the NARI organization and became one of the first to be come a Green Certified Professional (GCP) in the southeast. At present, there are only 45 such certifications in the country.

In 2009, Neal was named “Business Savvy” by Remodeling Magazine. Neal was featured in the Big50 issue; which inducts 50 owners of remodeling companies, from around the country. Neal was chosen because of his exceptionally high standards for professionalism and integrity through his business practices, craftsmanship and community involvement.

In 2010, Neal achieved his Lead Safe Professional Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency. He became one of the first in the Tampa Bay area to become a Lead Safe Certified Firm. As of April 22, 2010 Federal Law requires that contractors performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and schools built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
